Use Taste Republic’s lasagna sheets for a fool-proof lasagna assembly. Just add the sheets straight into the pan (no boiling required!). Layer the fresh sheets with your desired ingredients and bake as normal. Be sure to add 1/4 C of extra sauce per layer of fresh sheets. Sheets will fill 3 layers in a 9x13 pan.

I love Taste Republic fresh gluten free pasta. They taste like regular pasta and come out al dente and hold their body after cooking. If you haven't tried them, do it now. They make a gluten free life so much easier
It has been hard to find gluten free noodles that hold up in pasta bakes, pasta salads, lasagna etc…these definitely do, and they are delicious!
These were easy to work with - they didn’t tear, separated easily, and tasted delicious...plus the package quantity in one package was enough for 5 people plus some leftovers! I prefer it to other products I’ve tried in the past.
I was excited to try these out in my Tryazon Italian box. I chose to make a three layer lasagna with Italian sausage, marinara sauce, ricotta, pepper, onions and spinach. I used the noodles straight out the package and they held up well. I was a little hesitant, but was pleasantly surprised at how much they favored regular noodles. I really couldn't tell a difference. My 3 year old picky eater even asked for seconds. These are definitely a win in our household and I can't wait to purchase other noodles by Taste Republic.
