Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 4-5 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

These were the best cheese tortellini that I have ever had; gluten free or not! Perfect texture and taste. Before I had to eat GF, I’ve had the regular wheat based tortellini, but they were no better or in some cases not as good as these. Thank you for developing such a great product. Now, how about a meat filled tortellini?
Amazing gluten free pasta, and doesn't contain corn (which my wife is allergic to, in addition to wheat). I thought tortelloni was something I'd only be able to enjoy when my wife is busy (she's allergic to wheat and corn, not me), but this has solved that problem for us. It tastes great, but it's not just the flavor. The texture is awesome. It doesn't fall apart, it's not too tough or chewy. It's just perfect!
