Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the bundle of pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

Being celiac, I was in search of a pasta noodle that would hold a firm consistency. The cauliflower linquini was fabulous. Even reheating it held firm. I have also used the tortellini and it was also fabulous. Great products!!!!!!!
I use these noodles twice a week to make some of the following: spaghetti, lasagna, fettuccini, stroganoff. I often freeze the lasagna in single servings and it tastes as good fresh and reheated from frozen.
Fantastic al dente texture and chew. It tastes great too! I find it easiest to let the pasta come to room temperature and then separate out each noodle. takes an extra minute, but keeps them all separated. Before its cooked, the cauliflower smell and taste is little wierd, but once boiled it tastes great! Hard to beleive there is so much protein!
I first bought this pasta on a whim at Costco to see if the kids would eat it. Turns out they like it better than regular pasta. It works great with simply olive oil and salt and also makes a great carbonara.
