Online Ordering FAQ

When will my pasta order arrive?

All orders placed on Monday and Tuesday will ship out the next business day. Orders placed after Tuesday may ship the following Monday to ensure packages are not in transit over the weekend.

Once shipped, your package will arrive within 1-2 days. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your package ships. Delivery times will be adjusted during holidays.

How will my product ship?

All orders are shipped frozen with dry ice. Dry ice is much colder than regular ice and could result in injury if handled without gloves or a towel. Never allow dry ice to come in direct contact with your skin.

Our fresh, gluten-free pasta is perishable, and, as such, should be placed in the freezer (for up to 1 year after the produced on date shown on pack) or refrigerator (for up to 5 days) immediately upon arrival.

Why does my zip code require air shipping?

You live in one of the few zip codes in the continental U.S. which cannot be reached in 2 days or fewer via ground transportation from our distribution centers. As our fresh, gluten-free pasta is perishable, we must ship your pasta via air to ensure that it arrives cold.

Air shipments cost significantly more. To help offset this additional cost, we need to charge a slightly higher flat rate. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any free shipping to these select zip codes due to cost.

Am I able to modify or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after checkout. We use a third party fulfilment service that receives your order once it's placed. The order cannot be intercepted and changed at that point. If your order arrives with issues, please contact us and our team will work with you on a resolution.

How long will my pasta last?

If you refrigerate your pasta, it will stay fresh for up to 5 days after arrival. If you freeze your pasta, use by the date shown on pack. All pasta should arrive with 3+ months of remaining shelf life. Please contact us if you receive pasta with fewer than 3 months of shelf life remaining.

If you’d like to cook pasta from frozen, place the frozen pasta directly into the boiling water (no thawing necessary) and stir until the pasta is separated.
