Shipping

All orders placed Mon-Wed with an order cutoff off 2pm ET on Wednesday will ship out the same or next day. Orders placed after 2pm ET on Wednesday may ship the following Monday to ensure packages are not in transit over the weekend.

Once shipped, your package will arrive within 1-2 days. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your package ships. Delivery times will be adjusted during holidays. 

 

Returns/Refunds

We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis.  If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase through our Contact Us page.  We may request from you the following: description of the product, lot number, and photos of product and packaging. We want to hear your feedback.
