Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 4-5 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

Finally! I can enjoy more!

I was so excited when I found the 4 cheese tortellini. But I didn't want to get too excited till I tried it. While I had no reason to doubt it would be good since everything else I tried was amazing, one never knows. Not only was it amazing, the rest of my family who don't need to eat gluten free, loved it as well. Thank you so much!!!

The Best!

I have tried every GF pasta out there. This is the best. I have tried most of the types that Taste Republic makes, and my absolute fave is the tortellini. They cook up perfect every time with no breakage or falling apart. The only challenge is getting them. I have asked a few of my local stores to get them but so far no luck. But I did order them from the website and they are now in my freezer. Thank you for making them ! Marsha



Ever since I had to start being gluten free I complained about the non-existence of gluten free tortellini as this was my favorite food prior to diagnosis. We finally found some very expensive tortellini that wasn’t even good and it was a huge let-down (not a surprise). I always checked the pasta aisles at various stores I go to on the off-chance that maybe they’ll have gf tortellini. And finally, I found this at the store and I excitedly bought it and asked my parents if I could have it for dinner that night instead of the planned meal. It was everything I remember tortellini being and I’m very glad this product exists.



These are by far one of my most favorite things to cook for dinner. And I am not even gluten free! The cheese is absolutely delicious and does not come out of the pasta when boiling like a lot of other products do. If you were to eat this with a blind fold on you would never be able to guess they are gluten free! The best part is the ingredients are simple and known. They taste just like something fresh out of Italy!
