Made with brown rice flour and Wisconsin cheese, our Four Cheese Tortelloni is crafted to deliver on both taste and texture. 

Because our tortelloni is freshly made, the pasta cooks perfectly al dente in only 4-5 minutes. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 4-5 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.


Dough: Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Water, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone*, Filling: Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzyme), Asiago Cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzyme), Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzyme), Ricotta Cheese (whey, milk, cheese culture, salt), Potato Flakes, Olive Oil.

My husband and I really enjoy these. We typically dress them with pesto sauce.

Environmentally damaging, but tasty

The packaging for this product compares terribly with the likes of Impossible. The insulation is oil-based, and the plastic packaging around the pasta is not recyclable. If you care about the environment as I do, you will not buy this until they sort their packaging out. The pasta's great, but for me, anyway, it's not worth the environmental impact.

This combination of plastics is what makes it not recyclable. As a certified B Corp, we are continuously working on finding the most sustainable packaging solution, that allows our packages to have the smallest environmental footprint while maintaining the shelf life and quality of our pasta to limit food waste. Our efforts include being a part of the OSC2 Packaging Collaborative and our Climate Collaborative commitment to finding a more sustainable packaging option. We are often trialing new plastics that are either biodegradable or recyclable but none have worked yet. The issue of plastics is a big issue for the food industry, but we are optimistic that the continued collaboration and effort across the industry will lead to the necessary solutions. The tortellini is amazing!! Being gluten free and picky, it’s not easy to find good and the quality at the same time:) I’m surprise Whole Foods stores don’t carry tortellini I love this company, keep making good stuff!
