Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

Most Excellent Gluten Free Pasta I've Found
This is by far the best pasta out there that I've tasted. It seems the packaging has changed several times since we started buying it, but this last time, the packaging was damaged when we opened the box and the pasta was crushed. Super disappointed over that, which is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star. Fix the packaging issue and it's perfect!! I do wish that we could get angel hair or spaghetti and farfalle pasta too. We love the fettucini and fusilli.

It's simply the best GF pasta around. Coming from an Italian family, pasta is a staple. We tried so many different brands of GF pasta for our daughter before finding Taste Republic fresh pasta. This is the solution I was looking for! I no longer need to cook separate pastas to serve to my non-GF family and friends. The texture of this GF pasta is second to none. Also, it cooks in 2-3 mins...so easy!
Great for soups and pasta salads
This fusilli doesn't even taste gluten-free! It's SO easy to make and has the best texture. I've used it a couple times now in a chicken noodle soup recipe as well as a cold pasta salad, and in both cases the noodle held up super well, even when re-heated (soup leftovers).
