Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the bundle of pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

I was surprised by how great this was! Normally gluten free pasta leaves a chalky texture and does not cook soft, but this was great. Some noodles stick together or broke so they weren’t long- operator error since I was rushing and didn’t separate them gently. Great product!
Last night was the first time I actually slowed down to eat and taste the food, the texture was just like home made pasta and there was no compromise on the taste. The kids liked it and they were spinach noodles. It was great to enjoy Italian once again without regretting all the gluten. Best part is these are fresh noodles so they cook in 3 minutes, so after the water is boiling dinner is ready in 5 minutes! Definitely worth trying for those who struggle with celiac!
This pasta is such a treat for someone that, as a Celiac must eat gluten free. I can’t thank you enough for making this available in fresh pasta. I’ve had the lasagna sheets and the linguini several times now. It’s always perfect!
This is without a doubt the best pasta I have ever eaten (gf and non gf)! Non celiacs loved it as well. You would never know it was gf. The texture was incredible, cooked very quickly and held its shape perfectly.
This pasta is great! Not only is it the best gluten-free pasta on the market but it could also compete with traditional pasta. I cooked it for my family and no one had any clue it was gluten-free. It cooks in a few minutes, holds it's texture, and adds some nice color to whatever dish you're making.
