Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the bundle of pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 3-4 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

Delicious, easy, so may ways to use these pasta varieties. AND, the taste and texture remain good if i make too much , keep in refrigerator over night, and put in toaster oven to warm up. I dont use a microwave, sorry. I can’t help there , toaster oven works well!
The taste, the consistency - amazing. This is the best fresh pasta I’ve ever eaten. It beats its gluten-filled cousins hands down! TR pastas are all great - I’m also a fan of, and regularly purchase, the GF tortellini, GF spinach fettuccine, GF red lentil fusilli, and GF lasagna sheets. YUM!
You’d never know this isn’t regular wheat pasta. It has totally normal taste and texture. Great with Alfredo sauce, marinara, or just butter and herbs!

I have tried several different brands of GF pastas. Most unfortunately are very bad. They turn into a big ball of glue, the texture is awful, and the taste is less than desirable. This pasta was a little harder to find in some stores in the refrigerated section, but so worth the hunt! It’s fresh, cooks in only 3 minutes, and doesn’t taste, look, or feel gluten free. No slimy texture. The taste is amazing! It has a light fluffy egg taste to it too. We loved it 5 stars for sure!
