A dish we can ALL agree on, regardless of age: Gluten Free Mac & Cheese! This version is a little more grown up than the kind from a box, but almost as easy to make and way more tasty.
- 1 package Taste Republic Fusilli
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 gluten-free flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: crispy prosciutto or pancetta for topping
Cook and drain pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Slowly add milk and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Once mixture is smooth and bubbling, add in cheddar cheese half cup at a time until combined. Add fusilli and coat evenly with cheese sauce. Top with prosciutto as desired and enjoy!
