Made with brown rice flour and Wisconsin cheese, our Four Cheese Tortelloni is crafted to deliver on both taste and texture. 

Because our tortelloni is freshly made, the pasta cooks perfectly al dente in only 2-3 minutes. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Our fresh pasta can be refrigerated for up to 5 days after arrival or frozen for up to 12 months. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.

** Due to a global shortage of golden flaxseed, we recently began using brown flaxseed in our Four Cheese Tortelloni. Our pasta remains 100% gluten-free and has the same taste and texture you expect. The only difference is the slight color variation due to the brown flaxseed.

 

CERTIFICATIONS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. (We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta.)
  • Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water.
  • Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  • Cover and boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture.
  • Strain, immediately toss with your favorite sauce and serve.
NOTE:  If your pasta is frozen, just place directly into the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. No need to thaw first.

Dough: Brown Rice Flour, Water, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed*, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone**

Filling: Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Asiago Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), Ricotta Cheese (pasteurized whey, cream, milk, vinegar, salt), Potato Flakes, Olive Oil, Salt.

The best!!!

If your label didn't say gluten-free, I'd never know. These are simply delicious! And so fast to prepare. I haven't had tortelloni or tortellini for 15 years after developing an allergy to gluten. I think I'm addicted!!!!

So happy to have found you

I have been looking for gluten free tortellini for my son who has celiac disease for over 7 years. I had found one in the past and it was horrible. I don't know the difference between tortelloni and tortellini however this tortelloni is excellent and tastes very similar to the tortellini my son ate prior to being diagnosed with celiac. My son finally got to enjoy his favorite type of pasta again. Thank you!!
