Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the bundle of pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

I discovered this at Costco and decided to try it. I have a terrible allergy to wheat and it's hard to find good GF pastas that don't fall apart. This pasta is AMAZING--the taste, texture, etc.--my husband remarked that he preferred it to 'regular' pasta. I made chicken alfredo with it one day and cacio e pepe the other. It held up well, even after reheating the next day. I hope to see these products and more varieties carried in our local stores--it's a definite favorite!
I tried the cauliflower pasta tonight for the first time and it’s life changing. I have other “low carb” pastas and they are meh at best. Weird consistency or weird taste. Tonight I made the linguini and I was blown away. Not only did it have the right texture, it tasted great. Now I finally have a replacement which is awesome.
Excellent replacement of gluten pasta. I’m Italian and I have experience with a good!! pasta dish. Don’t stop your judgement at the cauliflower smell while it boils - it goes away when the linguine are removed from the water. Don’t let boil it more than 3 minutes - it remains a little callous like the traditional home whole wheat made Italian linguine pasta. Some suggestions for 3 simple home made sauces. 1) grated parmigiano reggiano with extra vergine olive oil ( don’t cook) 2) Aglio e Olio e peperoncino : garlic, olive oil and hot pepper - it is very simple to prepare and there are many variations of it - 3) Italian basil tomato sauce: also this is very simple to prepare.
Wow - did we ever enjoy this! We mixed ours with red sauce and meatballs and it was simply delicious. I can’t imagine ever going back to a traditional noodle has long as we have access to the cauliflower linguini.
Are you looking for a great way to reduce caloric intake but miss pasta? If so, this is the pasta for you! I literally didn’t eat pasta for YEARS and had even convinced myself that I didn’t like it so I could avoid a high calorie food. Thanks to Taste Republic’s cauliflower pasta I can now admit I like pasta, and can indulge without the guilt. It tastes incredible and is delish with just with a little butter and Parmesan - or you can get creative and make a fancy meal out of it. This pasta has now become part of my family’s dinner rotation. If you’re on the fence, just get some and try it - you’ll thank me that you did!
