1 package Taste Republic GF Fettuccine
1 1/2 c. almond milk
4 1/2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp. Arrowroot powder (stirred in slowly so it doesn’t clump)
1/4 c. @daiyafoods dairy-free cheese
Pinch of Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil and garlic over medium heat and then add in all of the other ingredients. Stir to thicken until bubbling. Cook pasta according to package, drain, and add into sauce.
