This Gluten-Free Mediterranean Inspired Linguini is brimming with savory flavor and remarkably easy to make. Made with Taste Republic Gluten-Free Cauliflower Linguini, it's as simple as boil, sauté, and drizzle.
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 of a medium-sized red onion, chopped
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato tapenade
Handful of arugula
Crumbled feta and Balsamic Glaze for serving
Cook Linguini per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a sauce pan, heat olive oil and sauté red onion until they soften. Add sun-dried tomato tapenade. Plate linguini and pour the sauce on top. Top with arugula, feta cheese, and a balsamic reduction drizzle.
