Baked Gluten-Free Plant-Based Sausage Tortelloni Bites

Sometimes being the only person with dietary restrictions at a family function or party can be frustrating. With this delicious vegan, GF appetizer (or even main dish!), even the gluten eaters and carnivores will be asking for more! 

Tortelloni Bite Ingredients
Taste Republic Gluten-Free Plant-Based Sausage Tortelloni
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cook tortelloni according to package directions. Drain and pat dry.

In a large bowl, mix together olive oil and seasonings. Add cooked tortelloni and toss to coat well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment. Add a layer of Parmesan cheese, then place the tortelloni on top. Add a drizzle of the remaining oil/seasoning mixture. 

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until browned and crispy. Serve hot.
