Made with brown rice flour, Beyond Meat® Italian sausage crumbles and Wisconsin cheese, our Plant-Based Sausage Tortelloni is crafted to deliver on both taste and texture. Please note that only the "sausage" is plant-based in this product.

Because our tortelloni is freshly made, the pasta cooks perfectly al dente in only 2-3 minutes. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Our fresh pasta can be refrigerated for up to 5 days after arrival or frozen for up to 12 months. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.

Dough: Brown Rice Flour, Water, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone. 

Filling: Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzyme), Beyond Beef® Italian Sausage Crumbles (water, pea protein, expeller-pressed canola oil, natural flavors, spices, garlic powder, citric acid), Ricotta Cheese (pasteurized whey, cream, milk, vinegar, salt), Potato Flakes, Black Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Thyme. 

*Glucono delta-lactone is a natural acidifier also found in wine and honey.

Cooking Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. (We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz package of Taste Republic pasta.)
Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water.
Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
Cover and boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture.
Strain, immediately toss with your favorite sauce & serve.

If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta.

Great taste!

I recently tried Taste Republic's Fresh Gluten-Free Plant-Based Sausage Tortelloni (that's a mouthful!), and was very pleasantly surprised. They cooked so quickly and perfectly! I used a simple garlic butter sauce so I could get a better sense of the flavor and texture of the product. Personally, I am a vegetarian by choice and tend to shy away from the faux meats but decided to give this one a shot since it was inside the tortelloni. The sausage flavor popped without being overwhelming, the texture was firm without being chewy. I would very much recommend this to my friends.
