Our fresh pasta can be refrigerated for up to 35 days after arrival or frozen for up to 12 months. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz package of Taste Republic pasta. Carefully place loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 1-2 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Strain, immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

Fresh plant based ravioli!
I have been missing fresh ravioli for quite awhile and was so excited to see this option available through Taste Republic. It makes the perfect quick, easy meal and only takes 1 to 2 minutes to make! The ravioli kept it's form and all of them stayed intact and didn't stick together as badly as other gluten free pastas I've tried. The cheese flavor was creamy and delicious and the vegan butter, garlic sauce I made to put on top was a great addition.
Great alternative to traditional cheese ravioli
I love the taste of this ravioli! And the faux cheese is so delicious and creamy, I couldn’t even tell it wasn’t the real thing. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is that there are times when I’m cooking the ravioli and the filling comes out. Other than that, this is a great product!
