Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the bundle of pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

I love the ingredients in this pasta and my family did not notice it was made out of chickpeas. My oldest son is the first one to comment when he notices the slightest difference in a texture/taste from what he is usually expecting! The pasta was easy to cook and held it's texture! The flavor was great and the ingredient list makes it a great choice to feed my family!!

I have been using the Taste Republic Chickpea Linguine for a few years now. Since going gluten free my biggest concern was loosing my pasta- and my Italian roots. I adore this pasta! Most gluten free products lack taste, texture and become mushy during coking. This pasta however is wonderful! Form stays, taste is 100% and they stay firm and do not turn into mush. I typically make this Linguine with homemade Alfredo Sauce or with a Vodka Basil Tomato sauce with Spicy Italian Sausage. I could eat this every day!
