Our fresh Fusilli is crafted to deliver on both taste and texture. Made with brown rice flour, this delicious pasta is gluten-free.

Because our fusilli is freshly made, the pasta cooks perfectly al dente in only 2-3 minutes. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Our fresh pasta can be refrigerated for up to 5 days after arrival or frozen for up to 12 months. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.

  • Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. (We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta.)
  • Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water.
  • Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  • Boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture.
  • If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

Great Gluten Free pasta.

I served this as a side with dinner last night. My 80 year old dad said it was great and didn’t notice it was gluten free. My three kiddos said it was wonderful as well as the hubby. Perfect texture and the fact that it was fresh even better. I will buy again.

Non-traditional noodles using traditional cooking methods

Wonderful, hands down the best performing non-traditional noodles I've cooked with. Dishes made were homemade hamburger helper twice, chilli-mac once, and mac and cheese once. We used a couple traditional methods of boiling noodles first then mixing with other ingredients and cooking the noodles in the dish while adding a liquid to a simmer. The noodles in the latter method did break up into smaller pieces. However, the noodles did not turn into mush as I have experienced with other non-traditional noodles.
