Fettuccine Facts
A flat, thick pasta made with egg, fettuccine pairs well with creamy sauces like Alfredo and delicate proteins such as seafood. Fettuccine is Italian for “little ribbons” and is most commonly found in dishes from Rome and Tuscany.
Our fresh Fettuccine is crafted to deliver on both taste and texture. Made with brown rice flour, this delicious pasta is gluten-free.
Because our fettuccine is freshly made, the pasta cooks perfectly al dente in only 2-3 minutes. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
Our fresh pasta can be refrigerated for up to 5 days after arrival or frozen for up to 12 months. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.

Brown Rice Flour, Water, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone*.
*Glucono delta-lactone is a natural acidifier also found in wine and honey

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. (We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta.)
Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water.
Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
Boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture.
Strain, immediately toss with your favorite sauce and serve.
NOTE: If your pasta is frozen, just place directly into the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. No need to thaw first.
In only 2-3 minutes, our pastas are cooked to the perfect al dente texture.

We’ve tried other gluten free pastas and the texture was horrible, we really liked the texture of these and the flavor was amazing. I like that there is a good amount of protein in these. These cook quickly and I don’t feel like I am standing over the stove all day. We used homemade Alfredo sauce with these and chicken, it was amazing. My husband and sons have a quick metabolism so I have to use two packages for them with their meal. I would recommend these noodles for an alternative for those who can’t have regular noodles. I received this product free for my honest opinion.
