Made with brown rice flour, Beyond Meat® Italian sausage crumbles and Wisconsin cheese, our Plant-Based Sausage Ravioli is crafted to deliver on both taste and texture. 

Because our ravioli is freshly made, the pasta cooks perfectly al dente in only 2-3 minutes. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Our fresh pasta can be refrigerated for up to 5 days after arrival or frozen for up to 12 months. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.

  • Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. (We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta.)
  • Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water.
  • Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  • Boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture.
  • Strain, immediately toss with your favorite sauce and serve.
NOTE:  If your pasta is frozen, just place directly into the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. No need to thaw first.


Dough: Brown Rice Flour, Water, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed, Xantan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone.

Filling: Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzyme), Beyond Beef® Crumbles - Italian Sausage (water, pea protein, expeller-pressed canola oil, natural flavors, spices, garlic powder, citric acid), Ricotta Cheese (pasteurized whey, cream, milk, vinegar, salt).

*Glucono delta-lactone is a natural acidifier also found in wine

Satisfying ravioli

I am very happy to have a ravioli again after so many years on a gluten-free diet. I prefer the sausage variety to the cheese one. It seems lower fat than traditional meat ravioli but that is a good thing. I recommend this ravioli to those who has missed it

Needs some work

I REALLY wanted to like this. We love so many of the TR products. But these need to be rethought. They fell apart the instant they hit the hot water. After just 2 minutes were left with soggy floating sausage balls and pasta squares. The Fettuccine the next night however was AMAZING.
