COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta. Gently loosen the bundle of pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water. Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. If frozen, place directly in the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. Immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.

It’s going to surprise you

My family bought this pasta on a whim at Costco. We have tried just about every gluten-free pasta out there and really didn’t expect much. We have other ones we like, but they have downsides. This pasta has qualities no other does: 1) tastes good cold, 2) has the chewy, denseness of traditional pasta, and 3) doesn’t lose its quality when reheated. So many gluten-free pastas are...fine if you eat them hot and right away. This one? It actually holds up as leftovers! It’s so hard to find good gluten-free products- ones that don’t make you feel like you’re kidding yourself eating them. This is one of the winners.

This is delicious!

I love this product it has the taste and consistency of regular pasta. It doesn’t fall apart and get slime like other alternative pastas do. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.

Pleasantly Surprised

I gotta say I was really surprised! Wanting to eat healthier, I bought this product not knowing what to expect. I know I’m not a fan of some of the gluten free dried pastas I’ve tried. I boiled the water and kept regular pasta to the side as backup. My favorite homemade sauce simmered with anticipation! I separated a few cauliflower noodles as I examined the odd, somewhat unpleasant smell. I boiled some test noodles for 3 minutes, added sauce and gave it a taste. Wow! Not bad at all and actually delicious!! I was expecting to make sacrifices but the noodles were good!! I made more and now I’m very happy with my purchase! Would I buy more? Yes! I would definitely buy more. I know it sounds cheesy (pun really not intended here) but I would gamble on trying other Taste Republic products as well. I totally just came to this website to see if they have a recipe page, tips and tricks etc and ended up writing this noodle review as events unfolded. Try it! :)

Amazing!

A bit expensive, but worth it in the long run to have a pasta with such great consistency and texture. My partner doesn’t even know when he’s eating gluten-free (and paleo) with this pasta! I make it, he gobbles it down and then I tell him. Everyone I tell ends up loving it. Yes, it needs to be in more stores because the shipping cost is too high, but still happy to be able to get it.

Hope this gets carried in more stores!

I discovered this at Costco and decided to try it. I have a terrible allergy to wheat and it's hard to find good GF pastas that don't fall apart. This pasta is AMAZING--the taste, texture, etc.--my husband remarked that he preferred it to 'regular' pasta. I made chicken alfredo with it one day and cacio e pepe the other. It held up well, even after reheating the next day. I hope to see these products and more varieties carried in our local stores--it's a definite favorite!
