This variety pack contains six of our gluten-free pastas: Linguini, Fusilli, Spinach Fettuccini, Four Cheese Tortelloni, Red Lentil Fusilli, and Cauliflower Linguini.
Because our gluten-free pasta is freshly made, it cooks to a perfect al dente in only 2-4 minutes. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
Our fresh pasta can be refrigerated for up to 5 days after arrival or frozen for up to 12 months. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.

Due to a global shortage of golden flaxseed, we recently began using brown flaxseed in our Four Cheese Tortelloni. Our pasta remains 100% gluten-free and has the same taste and texture you expect. The only difference is the slight color variation due to the brown flaxseed.
All variety pack items are certified Gluten-Free. | All items EXCEPT Four Cheese Tortelloni are Kosher. | Red Lentil Fusilli is Organic. | Cauliflower Linguini is Paleo.
- Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. (We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta.)
- Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water.
- Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
- Cover and boil for 2-4 minutes or until preferred al dente texture.
- Strain, immediately toss with desired sauce and serve.
NOTE: If your pasta is frozen, just place directly into the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. No need to thaw first.

Wonderful GF Pasta
We've tried several of the Taste Republic products and enjoy them all. Ready in three minutes, they're delicious and versatile. A marinara sauce is great, of course, with the linguine. The lasagna sheets worked perfectly, and the fusilli was terrific in a pasta salad. This is our new "go to" choice for gluten free pasta.
The non-filled pasta by Taste Republic never disappoints. It's tasty and has good texture. The noodles stick together a little but you can help it with a light dose of oil. We enjoyed getting to try things not at the local grocery like the spinach fettuccine.
Worth not going to the store
My wife has celiac. Always looking for better quality products for her. Had some issues with shipping but company took care of it without any issues

I can't speak highly enough about this pasta. I have made it all kinds of ways and I tell you right now - this is the best approximation if you want healthier, more nutrition packed pasta. The texture is fairly on point. It's enough of an approximation to make me happy about it and satisfied. And I can feel better about eating it. Thanks for cracking the code, Taste Republic!
