Greek yogurt on pasta? Greek yogurt on pasta! Add a healthy twist to your classic fettuccine alfredo dish by subbing with gluten-free spinach fettuccine and this high-protein, homemade alfredo sauce!
- 1 package of Taste Republic Gluten-Free Spinach Fettuccine
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tsp of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp of parsley
In a pan, heat olive oil and garlic on medium heat for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and add almond milk and Greek yogurt. Combine until smooth and mix in parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper.
Cook and drain pasta according to package instructions. Toss pasta in sauce and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
