Heat frozen vegetables in small saucepan until cooked through. Make pasta in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain.
Chop 1/2 bell pepper and mix with the pasta. Add in the cooked vegetables.
To make dressing, add the olive oil, honey, dried herbs and French mustard to a glass jar. Put the lid on and give it a good shake.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well, or skip the dressing and serve plain or with butter. Serve in a fun bowl for you or your kiddos to enjoy!
